Has anyone used a potential virtual ‘screener’ program that could assess applicant product management skillset before in-person interviews? Just like CodeVue or HackerRank, is there a similar assessment program for Product Management?

My Chief People Officer is asking if we need to invest time and resources into what past employees and candidates are saying on this platform. I do not see it in the bubble with Glassdoor and FGB so thought I would test our collaboration commitment.....

I am wondering if this should change when I bring in an ATS or if I should use a third party team (not recruiters) to engage candidates in my CRM.
