Has anyone used a potential virtual ‘screener’ program that could assess applicant product management skillset before in-person interviews? Just like CodeVue or HackerRank, is there a similar assessment program for Product Management?

I am wondering if this should change when I bring in an ATS or if I should use a third party team (not recruiters) to engage candidates in my CRM.
