Vervoe today announced the release of AI-powered skills testing that automatically recommends the best candidates based on performance, saving time and, more importantly, letting the real talent shine through sooner.
The newly released machine learning algorithms, which boasts an 83 percent accuracy rate in predicting top performers across all job types, automatically provides employers with an immediate score and ranks any number of candidates purely based on their performance of relevant tasks.
Vervoe also plans to introduce a bias detecting feature in the coming months, showing employers which biases they appear to be exhibiting based on their selection criteria.
