zvoove Group, a Lohne, Germany-based provider of software for temporary staffing and cleaning services in Europe, acquired ProSolution, an Austrian SaaS ERP solution provider in the temporary staffing sector.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, zvoove Group will further expand its portfolio by adding horizontal SaaS solutions.
ProSolution offers SaaS-based ERP and HCM solutions, from recruiting to gross payroll accounting, for medium-sized to large temporary staffing providers. Its product range also includes a web-based and mobile software solution for digital time recording.
Led by Oliver Muhr, CEO, zvoove is a provider of SaaS solutions for personnel and building service providers in Europe. More than 4,200 customers and more than 55,000 end users already use zvoove’s solutions which involve 700,000 workers, 12 billion euros in annual wage payments and 500,000 applications per year. zvoove employs over 350 people in 9 locations in Europe.
