Jonathan can be found at HR technology conferences all over the world as a sought-after speaker and panelist sharing deep insights into the evolution of the Talent Acquisition Ecosystem.
Gene Holtzman is the founder and President of Mitchell Martin. Gene founded the company in 1984 after recognizing the rising demand for professional staff in Information Technology and Healthcare. He is an early adopter of new technology and started Talent Tech Labs to nurture startups in the field of talent acquisition and staffing.
Chris serves as President at International Operations at Allegis Group, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President at the Allegis Group, Inc. and as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at the Allegis Group Services, Inc. He serves as a Director of Talent Tech Labs, LLC.
Director, Provider Advisory
Rory is the Incubation Operations Manager at Talent Tech Labs. With a background in Economics and Finance and experience bringing Irish start-ups to North America, Rory runs operations in TTL. Rory advises start-ups on go-to-market strategy, utilizes mentors, and strategic partners, to hone in on product-market fit.
Director, Client Delivery
A PMI member with experience in marketing operations and strategy in AI startups and brand agencies, Irina manages client delivery programs. She enjoys working alongside TTL's analysts in uncovering unique perspectives and leveraging research to help TTL members tackle business problems and identify process improvements in adopting TA technologies.

Experienced Sales Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry. Skilled in Sales, Creativity Skills, Asset Management, and Business Relationship Management. Strong consulting professional with an MBA focused in Business Management, Healthcare from Binghamton University - School of Management.
Jonathan advises enterprise talent executives on their TA tech strategy and talent operating model. He develops research on emerging trends in the ecosystem bringing special expertise in on-demand labor. With a background in psychology and art history from Union College, Jonathan is interested in the intersection between mental wellness and the creative arts and performs music professionally.
David leads a global team of analysts in the creation and development of Talent Tech Labs market research (surveys, trends, data analysis, benchmarking, decision support, etc.) and dissemination of research content via published reports, conferences and webinars.
Lucy is an Analyst at Talent Tech Labs and is responsible for conducting research on rising technologies and trends in the Talent Acquisition space. She also compiles findings into reports for clients and the TTL research library. She has a background in Mathematics and Economics.

Gabby is the Account Manager for TTL's Corporate and Staffing memberships. She has strong experience in sales and account management in the human resources industry and thrives on helping clients with market intelligence, collaboration, and decision-making. She studied at the University of Michigan and received a degree in neuroscience.
Director of Marketing
Raemie is an Analyst at Talent Tech Labs. She conducts research on technologies and trends in the Talent Acquisition space to be compiled into reports for our clients and our research library. She received her degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
