My Chief People Officer is asking if we need to invest time and resources into what past employees and candidates are saying on this platform. I do not see it in the bubble with Glassdoor and FGB so thought I would test our collaboration commitment…..

Private answer
My first inclination was to say ignore you can probably safely ignore any company that doesn't show up on the first page of a Google search about working at Crowe (I did a few different searches and didn't see anything). That said, these guys appear to be hyper niche/more social focused, and accounting is one of their 'verticals'. It seems to be a gated community, so I don't think there's a risk of public shaming, so it would be more about do you want to see what your employees are potentially griping about amongst each other (assuming they are on there in the first place).
